Half the product - Review for ARROW ENHANCE Waterproof Eyeliner + Brightener

I got my birch box today and it has this product but not the black pencil - it's fine to have a smaller product however we can't accurately rate the product if we're only getting the highlighter end of the pencil! The defining end is a bit chalky for my liking. Average product that I won't use.
