Our friends say we have a lip balm addiction (we’ve got them in our jacket pocket, glove compartment and on our bedside table, to name a few places), but we like to think we’re just prepared. We’ll be stashing one of these lip balms in said locales, including prime purse real estate—they’re packed with moisturising ingredients like nourishing shea butter and, as a bonus, each is infused with one of five pretty hues, ranging from a flattering nude to a bright raspberry. This moisturising formula contains shea butter and Vitamin E to soothe parched lips and prevent future dryness and also offers a wash of pigment.
I love the pixi lip balm, it glides on nicely, not greasy or sticky and full moisture. It lasted about the same as a normal lip balm, but the color is just right. I would and have bought this again in another color5
I'm a lip balm fiend. I think I can safely say I have tried the majority of brands. I'm very fussy about my lip balms, but honestly really liked this one. It gives a nice tint to your lips and moisturises. Not sticky or dry. I'm surprised this only has 9 reviews! Loved the full size sample too.5
One of my favourite and most used items ever from Birchbox, frequently asked what my 'lipstick' is when wearing. I received this in Ripe Raspberry and it has great pigment in a universally flattering shade....I'm a pale skinned redhead and it really 'pops' on me. Best thing though is the texture, so smooth, so moisturising but also sheer enough to reapply without a mirror. This is one I'll definitely be purchasing again xx5
I have this balm in honey nectar and natural rose now. It feels lovely on my lips. Colours are great - very natural but still enough colour to feel like a lipstick. My only gripe would be that the nib is completely flat. I don't normally mind this with a balm but because it's tinted it's really tricky to apply neatly without a mirror. I'm trying to encourage a rounded tip without chopping off half the balm but it's taking quite a while! If it had a rounded tip, I'd probably have a few more of these around the house/car/work etc.4
This is probably the first lip product I have ever actually finished (not lost) and reordered. The 'Honey Nectar' colour is a beautiful sheer nude which adds the perfect amount of healthy colour without being over the top. The texture is beautiful, with the creamy formula going on easily and staying put for ages, and even though there is a noticeable colour, it doesn't look strange if it starts wearing off. Smells nice too. This has become a handbag staple for me.5
I'm not normally a lip balm girl at all. I prefer coloured lip glosses. However, I am won over by this product. Its not greasy at all and the colour comes through very well - just looks like you are wearing lipstick, but your lips a soft and full. Suprisingly impressed.5
I'm normal a no lipstick or full red matte girl, without an inbetween. But this has changed that- it's a pretty 'your lips but better' hint of colour with fab moisture too.5
Awesome lip balm that leaves just enough colour but still gives you a natural look. I want to try all colours now!5
Perfectly smoothed lips all day. I didn't even need to top up.5
Firstly, the colour in the photo looks more red, where as it’s actually more pink in real life, which is not what I wanted. Secondly it’s not that great if your lips are dry, it’s not very moisturising.
It’s a nice tinted lip balm for if you want a quick/effortless bit of colour but that’s about it.
