I was so excited to get this sponge but I must say we have not yet formed the bond I was hoping for. May be user error as everything else about this is amazing!3
This sponge is really good when applied with liquid foundation. although it's stiff, it can still apply really well. the sponge itself in made from really good quality.3
I really liked the shape but I prefer my foundation brush as I can apply my foundation quicker and with a better finish3
I do like this sponge, it applies well and the pointed tip really helps to get into those corners where makeup tends to either build up, or avoid completely!
It is, however, a total nightmare to clean!
Beauty blenders are still a bit of a mystery to me, even after I looked up how to use them online. I have two now, this is firmer than the other. I was really excited when I saw it was in the box, and I hear they work really well. It is hard to use when you share a bathroom however, and you don't have access to soak the sponge.3
I tried to love this but it just seemed to suck up my make-up and I had to use a lot more than I usually do. Not for me.3
I have seen these being used lots by make up artists. I'm pleased I get to try it but I'm just more used to using brushes. Happy with it but need to get used to it!3
Nice product and a good idea takes a while to get used to but bear with it, very modern design and colours3
On the first use I used it damp, no matter how hard I squeezed no water came out but when I applied my foundation moisture came out and made my liquid foundation / cream really hard to blend. It was awful.
Second time of use, I used it dry - although it was still plump from the last time I used it damp. It was much better. Although didn't give me the flawless result I have gotten with other Beauty Blenders.
I left this at my parents house with other make up products on the odd occasion I stay there, I won't be using this on a regular basis.
I struggle to see the difference between this one and ones Birchbox has sent us in the past. They are also very difficult to clean. I will be sticking to brushes.3
